Kerry O’Connell is PDE’s Lead Development Coordinator. In this role, she oversees the day-to-day administrative duties of the Development team and maintains grant and donor databases. Kerry holds a Bachelor of Arts in Art from the University of Delaware and has spent more than two decades serving the nonprofit community. Her career has taken her through impactful roles with organizations including the Food Bank of Delaware, Little Sisters of the Poor, Cecil County Arts Council, and the Maryland State Arts Council.

Outside the office, Kerry calls Delaware home, where she lives with her husband, two daughters, two spoiled dogs, and a curious cat. She finds joy in spending time with her family at Cape Henlopen State Park, dreaming up tiny house designs, and getting lost in foreign murder mysteries. An avid traveler, Kerry spends a lot of time thinking about her next adventure.
