Paula Wasilczuk
Source Water Protection Manager

Paula Wasilczuk is the Source Water Protection Manager at the Partnership for the Delaware Estuary (PDE), where she leads key watershed initiatives, including the Schuylkill Action Network (SAN) and the Delaware River Improvement Partnership (DRIP).
She brings extensive experience in watershed management, data coordination, and stakeholder engagement. Prior to joining PDE, Paula worked at the Villanova Center for Resilient Water Systems, where she supported administrative and financial operations, tracked research metrics, and assisted with strategic planning. Paula also played a vital role in organizing the biennial Pennsylvania Stormwater Conference.
Paula holds a Master of Environmental Studies with a focus on Policy and Resource Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies focused on Sustainability from Temple University.
In her free time, Paula enjoys traveling the world to explore diverse ecosystems. She loves experiencing unique landscapes and cultures, often sharing these adventures with family and friends.
