Meghan Rogalus
Schuylkill Action Network (SAN) Manager
Meghan Rogalus is PDE’s Schuylkill Action Network (SAN) Manager. In this role, she manages the daily operations of the SAN, supports the Delaware River Watershed Initiative efforts in the Schuylkill watershed, and fosters the development of a collaborative network in the Lower Delaware River watershed. She brings over a decade of experience in watershed management and grant administration to this position. Prior to joining PDE in late 2021, Rogalus was the Watershed Specialist for the Bucks County Conservation District in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. Rogalus also served on the Board of Directors of the Pennsylvania Lake Management Society (PALMS) from 2010 to 2016. Rogalus holds a Master’s degree in Water Resources from the University of Vermont and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Environmental Science from Colby College. She grew up, and currently resides in, Bucks County with her husband and two children. In her free time, Rogalus enjoys traveling, paddling, hiking, and spending time with her family. One of Rogalus’ favorite places to visit in the Delaware Estuary is Lake Nockamixon in Upper Bucks County.
