Roundtable History

The Delaware Estuary Climate Outreach Roundtable, or “roundtable” for short, was born in 2011. The roundtable began as a workgroup to learn which organizations in the Delaware Estuary were active in climate change outreach and what they were doing.Today, the roundtable:

  • facilitates the sharing of ideas, experiences, and lessons learned
  • fosters collaboration and resource sharing
  • provides a sounding board for new climate change outreach initiatives and efforts

In 2015, the roundtable merged with the Urban Water Federal Partnership’s Climate Resilience Community of Practice.  It continues to meet twice a year.
