Erica Rossetti
Urban Waters Program Coordinator

Erica Rossetti (she/her) is the Urban Waters Program Coordinator at PDE, serving as the Ambassador for the Urban Waters Federal Partnership’s Delaware River Location. She brings several years of experience in environmental stewardship, education, outreach, planning, partnership, and collaboration. Prior to joining PDE in 2018 as an Outreach Intern, Rossetti served as an AmeriCorps Watershed Ambassador at Raritan Headwaters, where she taught students about clean water, conducted visual and biological freshwater stream assessments, and organized stream cleanups and tree plantings in her home state of New Jersey. She worked extensively managing the Schuylkill Action Network from 2018-2021 until stepping in to Urban Waters work to pursue her passion for solving environmental injustice in urban areas with creative community-based solutions. Rossetti has a Bachelor of Science degree in Natural Resource Management from the University of Delaware, and a Certificate in Grant Writing from Temple University. When she’s not at PDE, Erica enjoys playing music, camping, hiking, rock climbing, traveling with friends and family, or staying home with her two cats and many plants.
